Describe the concept of consumer behavior and its role in today’s marketing environment and marketing planning.
Understand basic principles and concepts used in studying marketplace behavior.
Understand a variety of psychological theories and models that can explain and predict customer behavior and the role of verbal and non-verbal communications in marketplace exchanges.
Apply the requisite skills for critically evaluating and using cutting-edge consumer research to examine marketplace behavior and develop data-driven marketing decisions.
